Stayed at this place, had a great time admiring the lovely garden views, got free parking and WiFi. Oh, and there's a playground too!

Who doesn't love the sound of busy roads in front and behind the place, right? Such a pleasant surprise!

Favourable location close to old town, appreciated it. The host met us with warm welcome...

Everything was great, we spent here 1 lovely night. The kitchenette had a microwave oven, coffee/tea makers, and refrigerators, so perfect for us. Fairly quiet rooms with outside garden, had everything needed.

Excellent greeting staff, who were helpful and kind. A bottle of wine and snacks awaited us after a scenic drive. The apartment was comfortable and conveniently located for exploring the area. Ample outdoor seating with lake views. Quick walk to the village center.

Convenient and unbeatable location adjacent to town centre, the town center and the beaches, and the Malcesine cable car, and the room was quiet:)))

I loved my stay at this fantastic hotel! The value for money was excellent and the room was clean and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect, with fine views of the lake and mountains, and it was just a short walk to the town center. The staff were kind and helpful, making me feel right at home. A special shout-out to Brit and Tiziana, who were wonderful hosts. I would definitely return just to see them again!

The breakfast offerings could be improved with more variety and options.

The hosts were friendly and accommodating, providing us with a spacious and clean apartment that even had an extra sofa bed.

The views of the lake were breathtaking and the location was perfect, right in the heart of town. The beautiful gardens were a highlight, especially for our children who had a blast in the sandpit. The apartment was spacious, modern and spotless, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The surprise welcome pack for my birthday was a lovely touch and made us feel truly special.

The only downside was the occasional traffic noise from the road below the property. However, it wasn't too bothersome and only noticeable when we were sitting outside in the garden.

Lovely apartment with his & hers showers, fully equipped and spotlessly clean. Close to town & lake, parking available. Welcome basket and free treats in communal area. Friendly and helpful host with great directions. Access to laundry facilities. Overall great value for money.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! the staff made me feel welcome and at home. The location of the hotel was convenient, being right next to the town center. This made it easy for me to explore the city and access all its attractions. the hotel had great facilities, including a well-equipped kitchen with everything I needed. The cleanliness of the hotel was also excellent, as the staff maintained a high standard throughout my stay. Another major plus was the beautiful lake and mountain views from the hotel, providing a fine backdrop to my visit. I would highly recommend this hotel for its friendly staff, convenient location, and clean facilities.

Hard to think of anything negative about my stay.

The rooms were immaculate and had an expandable sofa bed, allowing me to relax well. The location was stunning and marvelous, being close to both the town center and the lake.- The property was conveniently situated right next to the town center.

I had an really good stay at a lovely apartment in a fantastic location. The facilities were great, and I especially enjoyed the peaceful and laid-back atmosphere. The owner was cute and even left a thoughtful welcome gift. The apartment had everything we needed and more, including clear instructions for accessing the hotel and a laundry room with complimentary snacks and coffee. The view of the lake would have been amazing if the weather had cooperated. I highly recommend this apartment.

The apartment provided stunning garden views from the balcony, making me feel like I was in my own little oasis. It was like having my own private botanical garden right outside my window. Plus, the fully equipped kitchen allowed me to whip up some delicious meals with ease.

Sleeping arrangements were a bit tight for six people.

The pathways were smooth and well-lit, making it easy for me to navigate with my walking stick. The staff was also very attentive and considerate, ensuring that I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. It was truly a delightful retreat for senior guests.

If I had to ask for one improvement for a better vacation experience for senior people, it would be to have more assistance available from the staff. Although the children working there were polite, I found that they could have been more proactive in offering assistance or guidance to older guests.
